This policy explains what Optimyze collects when you request an audit, how we use it, who processes it, and how to ask for deletion.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your first name, work email, store URL, and (on the audit form) your annual revenue band, product category, platform and an optional top competitor. We also record basic technical details that come with the request, such as your IP address and browser type, and any marketing tags attached to your visit (for example UTM parameters and advertising click ids).
How we use it
We use your details to run your free AI visibility audit, to set up and hold your audit call, and to follow up with you about it. If you ask us to help improve your visibility, we may use your details to discuss that with you.
Who processes it
We keep your data with a small number of providers: Vercel hosts this website, Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox, and Google Analytics measures how the site is used. Optimyze does not sell your data.
Advertising measurement
If we are running ads, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure how they perform, which can share a hashed version of your email and basic technical details with Meta so it can match a lead to an ad click. This is dormant when ads are paused.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email hello@optimyze.us and we will remove your details from our records.
